The system is seamlessly integrated into Amazon and Affiliate window so the website owner can make up to 10% on any sale through the site. Empowering a volunteer organisation to manage their own website
In conjunction with Hoop we were tasked with delivering an easy to use content managed site for a volunteers organisation. With the excellent designs from Hoop as a starting point, we created a standards compliant and cross browser compatible CSS layout. The content management system (CMS) we deployed enabled the client to create and edit their pages using a rich text editor.
Increasing the marketing reach of a record company
Before we automated their work flow they were spending days trying to manage their release campaigns for artists. They previously used Microsoft Word's mail merge facility to produce covering letters and labels, a separate program to send out emails and recorded all communication manually in spreadsheets. They explained to us that this was becoming completely unmanageable.
Our solution was to develop a bespoke application to manage their contacts, send scheduled batch emails, record and index incoming emails automatically, generate PDF labels and letters straight from the contact database and be able to define and manage contacts in groups for particular campaigns.
Providing shift management software for a high street fast food chain
We developed a shift management application to automate some of the client's administration. Apart from being more efficient and removing significant administration overheads, the system enabled employees to log on from home to book shifts which proved very popular and convenient.
